About Us

THE MAX3D PERFORMANCE & STRENGTH STORY

I’ve always wanted to open a gym dedicated to helping others become stronger. I have always envisioned, the gym, having amazing equipment and being filled with individuals who are striving toward the same goals as I was. Regardless of their sport, athleticism, fitness background, or their goals, I want to be surrounded by those who are willing to do what it takes to better themselves.

I decided to leave my commercial gym days behind when my wife and I bought our first house and moved to Elizabethtown, KY. I didn’t have much in the beginning but after a couple years I started to amass some great equipment, which I started to share with others because I knew what other commercial gyms had to offer… or in this case, didn’t offer.

I made a post on my personal Instagram account, on July 22, 2017 that read, “It’s not much. But it’s the start of something great.” That day I received two things in the mail, a barbell and a bench. I knew what I wanted, and every piece of equipment that I’ve gotten since that day has helped shaped MAX3D Performance & Strength into what it is today. A place dedicated to helping others improve their physical well-being with some of the fitness industry’s leading equipment.
