I became a personal trainer to help others. I became motivated to start resistance training in high school when my older brother first introduced me to the weight room. My only goal was to get bigger, and of course, to “show-up” my big brother in the gym. Since then, my goals have changed, although I still compete against my older brother… for bragging rights. As you start your fitness journey, you too will have goals. They may even change from time to time, but no matter what your goals are, I am here to help guide you to them. I love coaching and being able to show others my passion for weightlifting.

I love working with driven individuals, who have their own passions and are willing to sacrifice their time and energy to achieving their goals. I can create programs, correct lifting form, and tell clients they have one more set left until I’m blue in the face. But if they are not willing to put in the work themselves and be self-motivated, the journey to their goals will be a lot longer and probably filled with a lot more setbacks than they had planned.
